Have stayed here multiple times. Always friendly staff and clean rooms with plenty of parking.

It served as a great place to stop over and rest for the night. There were a lot of great shopping stores near by like Costco, Target and liquor store). The breakfast menu had many ready to eat options. We would def stay here again.

Room stunk like cigar and cigarette smoke horribly!! Woke up in the middle of the night with a horrible headache, couldn’t even use the air conditioning because of the smells it omitted!! Worst breakfast no options!!

The staff is absolutely amazing, fantastic, friendly and caring. However it breaks my heart that I will not be staying there again. I am disabled, can not fell my legs so I am a full time wheelchair user. I absolutely cannot do stairs and when I booked my handicap accessible room NO WHERE did it say all handicap accessible rooms are on the 2nd floor!! So I was shocked and disappointed that when I checked in the wonderful gentleman looked at me and started with an apology and said I know this makes no sense but all handicap rooms are on the 2nd floor. I know for a fact if it wasn’t for him I would have left. Unfortunately two of the three nights I heard emergency vehicles and though no alarms went off it was in the back of my head. So wheelchair and scooter users who can’t do stairs in an emergency situation stay elsewhere. My advice to Home 2 suites please advise your future disabled customers that in case of emergency you will have to use the stairs as all handicap rooms are on the 2nd floor. I can’t stress this enough the staff at Home 2 suites is exceptional and they are why I stayed. The handicap room was excellent! Breakfast was below average but again staff somehow make up for that as well. Again my advice is let disabled customers know at booking and also on Expedia and others. To all staff including cleaning crew you do an outstanding job and I truly hope your general manager tells you so.
