The elevator was broken. There was a charge to have a coffee pot in the room. The cleaning supplies had a terrible odor.

Booked a room with 2 queen beds. When i got here they gave me a room with 1 queen bed saying thats what their computer shows and they cant give me another room as they are full.

Well, we only had 2 wash rags and 2 thin towels to shower with. Also four hard thin pillows to sleep on. A dog a couple of rooms down barked all night long. Trying to sleep, sucked!

No ice machine. Elevator broke so had to carry luggage up 3 floors. No free breakfast like almost every hotel in America has these days

Sadly, this property double charged my card for security with no explanation, one of the charges actually went through. I dont wanna squabble over small amounts of money, i just should have been informed before hand by the check in desk. Its quiet and the area is nice, the rooms are clean and mostly comfortable. The stove top with a full refridgerator made cooking in east so theres plenty to appreciate about WoodSpring Suites!
