Room was nice and clean. Most of the staff were great except one of the reception staff was a little rude when I went to check in; the gentleman that did check me in was great. Parking was easy and right next to the hotel and they had a HUGE breakfast selection!

Centrally located in Wernigerode

Room was a good nice, nice shower, beds comfortable. Breakfast was included, and was okay.

Posted 11 Aug 2020 on HotelsFor the price we paid I would really have expected air con in the room, it was uncomfortably hot. They also seemed to have a coach party taking over the breakfast room.
Appart from that we have some very nice food in the hotel restaurant, and the beer was good too. The room was comfortable (apart from the temperature), the staff spoke English and were able to provide luggage storage during the day we departed.
