No personal service, just got a text with a code to enter the room. Not a great deal of options for food around. Very old furnishings.

It is a shame that you didn't find a food option to suit you. With three hotels, two cafes and a restaurant plus a takeaway shop and pop up coffee shop we find that this is plenty for a small town of 1500 people.Most people love our contactless check-in model, everyone books online and gives feedback online so we figure they are happy to remain in their own space and not be tied to our reception opening hours for their arrival. More flexibility for everyone. I agree some of our furnishings are older (we are in the process of upgrading) but they are all clean and well maintained.

Text message to check in was ok but prefer to see a person at reception. Stayed 2 nights but no service to the room at all. 2 teabags for 2 days not good. Also no hair dryer. It was ok for the price but just a room.

We are a contactless motel, we figure if you are happy to book online and give feedback online then contactless check-in also works for you. Never really had a person who doesn't like this system before. Notices in each room clearly state we do not service rooms unless you are staying for a while but happy for you to ask if you need something. Teabags are a freebie,(meant as a starter in case you haven't brought supplies, not meant to supply all your drinking needs) you could have asked for more as I was around the motel all weekend or the local supermarket was open 12 hours every day.On the plus side, if the lack of teabags was the only issue with your stay in Wentworth, you must have had a great weekend.

Easy check in and out. Lots of parking outside the room. Very limited dining around the area.

Only thing I can complain about is noise from workers leaving 4.30 -6.00 am Sunday morning other than that we had a pleasant stay
