The front desk was rude. They could not find my reservation and strictly ask me to wait although I showed prepared receipt, finally I called the manager of hotel and explained, the room key was provided. Second day for breakfast, they did not find breakfast included again. The hotel is shared with other business and use a same elevator, access and exit was not safe. Overall, I suggest to improve the service.
