This was my second stay at Tracy’s property. I booked the cabin again for my daughter and myself. The cabin offers a basic accommodation in the most cozy and comfortable way, it’s very cheerful, clean and welcoming.
The setting in the farm is as peaceful as spectacular, super private and ideal if you wish to disconnect from the city life.
There’s a meditation circle by the cabin, perfect to practice yoga or meditation before bed or with the sunrise.
The hamper with breakfast was a total treat! Loved the warmed bagels and beautiful orange marmalade, the sumptuous bowls with cereals covered in Greek yogurt, bananas and blueberries, super delicious. There’s nothing like waking up in the morning and finding this beautiful hamper outside the cabin, so beautiful and special!
Tracy couldn’t have been more welcoming and wonderful. She invited us to go for a walk with her on Sunday morning around the farm. We spent almost two hours walking in beautiful surroundings, we saw the cows, the river crossing the property and enjoying the beautiful weather.
The downside of poor phone coverage in the area was a blessing in disguise. We didn’t have any issues with the Wi-Fi inside the cabin but to get phone reception I had to walk to the barn, just 30 metres away. Again, a blessing if your aim is to disconnect and recharge.

We were looking for a comfortable place to stay that is close to Auckland for our last night in New Zealand. Tracy's Boutique perfect. We really enyed our stay there.

Such a beautiful place to stay! Tracy made two amazing breakfasts during my stay and I loved getting to know her. I definitely recommend this place!

Perfect to unwind

Pros: Quiet, peaceful location with an obliging host
Location: Nearby Wellsford caters for your basic shopping, and it is only a short drive to pleasant tourist spots like Matakana and Pakiri beach.
Tracy was a kind & generous host. Her beautiful property is an oasis of calm.
