We're disappointed that because you only gave us three out of five stars, you didn't explain what we could have done to make things better. What were those things? Hi Todd,Thanks for your great score! We're glad you liked the room. The room type you stayed in, a Standard Room with Two Double Beds, doe have smaller bathrooms, but they all do have a tub/shower combination, sink, toilet and vanity area.We do hope you'll plan to return soon. We suggest the next time you come you try staying in one of our Standard Rooms with Two Queen beds, or our Two Queen Tower Rooms, or one of our Suites with either One King Bed or Two Queen Beds, as their bathrooms all have additional space.

Historic, older downtown property with convenient restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Bathrooms and rooms are outdated, with small TV’s and not enough outlets near bed, which was comfortable. Excellent dining room and service.

Hi Robert,Thanks for your review and comments. Our bathrooms and bedrooms are of an older design and original footprint, which is entirely planned. In order to qualify as a truly historic hotel, certainl guidelines must be met, which include hte older style rooms and the original bathrooms. Some of the televisions are smaller, but larger telelvisions would take up too much space and make the rooms feel cramped.We do appreciate you staying with us, and that you enjoyed yoru dining experience. The room next to mine had TV on all night. Too noisy to sleep well. Facilities and staff were great.

The property all around was excellent as well as the rooms and the breakfast included. Free parking and internet.

We thought the breakfast was just mediocre. Also the restaurant was closed on Monday and Tuesday so very inconvenient.
