Stayed for the Wells carnival - very convenient, lovely big clean room with all equipment - nice balcony, plenty of parking. Very orientated for Wookey Hole attraction, child friendly

What a fab family friendly, lovely place to stay. It's an older property but that means space. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff super friendly. Very recommended stay

For a family room would be better to have 2 proper beds instead of a camp bed which is uncomfortable. We also received no emails prior to our arrival, so we did not know to book breakfast in advance. Luckily the reception got this sorted out for us.

Fabulously spookilicious staff all dressed up for Halloween- helpful, friendly and welcoming. Good soundproofing, nice big clean rooms.
