The hotel was clean and served its purpose for a quick overnight stay. The front desk lady was friendly. The negatives were the lack of any amenities, considering the price for the night. The only offering was the in-room coffee that served a 6oz. cup of coffee. There is no continental breakfast, and the area offers very few options for breakfast.

Great cute place. Really clean and felt very homey and inviting. Staff was amazing and super friendly! We were going to get there to check in after the office closed and they were willing to wait for us! Amazing people and an amazing place. Bathrooms were clean, rooms were a great size for what we needed. Loved it!

Lovely folks who own this motel. The smell of banana bread greeted my haggard self when I walked into the office. Simple accommodations but clean, everything you need, and a comfy place to rest my head and get a great sleep before getting on the road again.

Pretty clean but the property could use some updates such as bathroom door would stick and unable to close it all the way to lock it. However the beds were comfortable and we slept well. Staff was great. My husband forgot a pocket knife and they mailed it to us. We really appreciated that.

I have come through Wells many times, have always stayed at Hampton. But, decided to give a small business a shot, and I do not regret it. It’s a little bit of nostalgia, that Route 66 feeling. Rooms were clean, beds soft, towels fluffy, area quiet, staff friendly.
Ignore the surroundings, downtown Wells was devastated by an earthquake, the area might look “sketchy”, but everyone was kind and I felt absolutely safe. Walked to a restaurant and park.
