Although this is an older motel, room was nice and clean. It was nice and quiet. The gardens near the back were beautiful.

The room was a good size. Beds were comfortable. Liked the patio area outside our room.
The bathroom was small and outdated.

The floors in the room were upgraded to laminate which was a positive surprise. The rest was pretty worn, but as can be expected for the price. I booked for the location and would stay again if in the area.

The rooms up the hill (118) although dated had comfy beds and all necessities, limited channels (no NHL).
Room 103 smelled really bad like old smoke, the shower was gross and the bed sheets had what looked like a blood stain. When we called housekeeping (owner) they proceeded to blame us and were very very rude and not apologetic. The hotel appears to rent room by the week/month as there was some very sketchy ppl.
The local restaurant also advised not to go out late at night as the town has a drug problem.
Rooms were way overpriced.

Very cean with new beautiful porcelain toilet and bathroom sink
Ample parking.
Quiet
Very friendly service
Very clean and comfortable king size bed
