When I went to have the key cards back in our check out the main entrance of the lobby was so slippery because the ice storm the night before ( we have to give them in the hotel crossing the street not in the hotel we stayed) I slipped bad and I felt a bad pain in my left lower back and I mentioned to the lady at the front desk and she just didn’t care at all 😫

Although we have floor mats and wet floor signs in our lobby it is hard to keep our floors totally dry when we have up to 100 guest a day come through.Safe Travels.

You could not check in there. You had to go across the street. We were on the second floor. We had to take outside stairs up. There was a leak somewhere, because the carpet was wet around the bathroom door. Everything seemed a little dangerous for 2 women in their 70s. They told us when we checked in that we would be charged $50 extra that we would be returned when we checked our if everything was in order. We slept a few hours and checked out. The next day I was charged an extra $57.75 on my credit card with no explanation. I am still trying to reach them to get it straightened out!!

There were no cups in the room.

Great room for the price!

The room was nice and clean. Check-in was across the street at a different hotel. The only negative was that the showerhead was 5' high. The dinner across the street was an example of a classic greasy spoon.
