Lovely room and view but poor service.
Posted 15 Jan 2018 on HotelsWe stayed 3 nights in the Coach house recently. The rooms are fabulous and the views are stunning. Definitely 5* rooms however the whole place is let down by a few service issues.
- We had no wifi in our rooms for the entire stay. When we enquired about this on day 1 we were told that it sometimes doesn't work and no effort was made to fix the problem.
- Our plunge pool was filthy. There was sand in the bottom and when we looked at the neighbouring room's pool, ours was definitely green. Again we asked on day 1 if this could be cleaned and nothing was done throughout our entire stay.
- We stayed at the hotel hoping to use their bikes as we had seen this advertised. Sadly the bikes were in such bad condition it made it impossible to ride them on the many wonderful trails that are in the vicinity.
Overall it was a lovely stay but definitely not 5*.

Vacker utsikt men underbemannat hotell
Posted 2 Mar 2017 on HotelsUnderbemannat hotell. Vi bodde i sviten som var 5-stjärnig och bodde där 2 nätter utan att se en enda från personalen bortsett från kökspersonalen. När vi anlände var det en servitör som fick leda oss till rummet, vi fick ingen hjälp med att bära väskor eller liknande. Vi fick absolut ingen 5-stjärnig upplevselse.

Cons: ja, das Frühstück! Bitte eigene Karte für Hausgäste!
Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Woche dort! Restaurantauswahl in der Gegend eher bescheiden....
