The room was clean, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The housekeeping team was also efficient and approachable. However, the Wi-Fi was quite problematic. Despite this, the staff's excellent service greatly enhanced our overall experience.

Lot of space. Even has washer and dryer, we can wash all our dirty clothes before next stop. Very nice hotel!

Nice and clean, comfortable bed and easily walkable around the CBD. I arranged a late check-in, however stood outside the hotel waiting for the operator to pick up for 20 minutes, a faster system would be great especially at night.

I will highly recommend this hotel to my family members and friends when they visit Wellington. The Expedia group should and must exclude Fort Street in Auckland for people to book. It is horrible dirty filthy garbage place, there is no way for tourists to know ahead of time as the website of the hotel doesn’t show. I wish I could display some pictures to expose the dark side of that hotel. The Qeast Welling is wonderful place to stay. Thank you for girls at reception which are very helpful with kindness and a work hard housekeeper.

Friendly staff. Pretty run down cupboards etc. heaters didn’t work, shower overflows and cleaner took away plates and utensils used because there was no plug in the sink or basin to wash dishes. They were not returned or replaced.
