We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was clean and tidy, with decent kitchen facilities, and suited our needs well. As a few people have stated, the pool is NOT on site, and im not the only person who thought it was at the apartments. This was UNCLEAR on the Expedia listing. It needs to be made clear that it is 700m down the road in a gym, and also needs to be clear that children are not allowed to swim there. My daughter was dissapointed after showing her the pool photo from expedia listing

It was extremely comfortable, quiet, and made me feel really safe in a city that I'm not from. I've had my itinerary for my trip all planned. But whenever I need to leave in the morning to go somewhere, it's so difficult for me to go out because of how comfortable I am in the apartment. I honestly miss the place already. 9.5/10 will come back again when I'm in Welly.

Very old and tired. Badly ventilated. They don't clean apartments on Sunday, we checked in on Saturday, we went out Monday and got back at 4:30pm and the room still wasn't serviced - so two days, when I contacted reception they said they come late in the day (4:30pm!!) next day housekeeping was a quick bin empty and some clean towels, we were there for 4 days and pretty basic care. Two bedrooms, comfy queen beds but tiny, tiny room so you have to walk around the beds. On main road so noisy plus a lot of perm residents coming and going

Quest is usually a nice semi spacious stay. But this was a tiny pokey room w a v small double bed. Felt more Like a student accommodation. Slow lifts not to mention that the ENTIRE time I stayed they were testing the fire alarm for EVERY room in the complex. Forcing me to leave my room for hours while they did this. Not able to do the work i needed to do. No offer of any discount at all. Very poor I thought. Will not be staying again.

Even though the room was not cheap ,had to pay for parking which I wasnt informed TV didnt work & it was a very small & cramped For the price...not good

Our Studio Executive rooms have plenty of space, may I suggest you give those rooms a try next time you visit Wellington. Additional charges for car parking is a standard for hotels in Wellington.
