Overall a good experience. Staff were friendly and the room decor was great. Detracting from our stay was an absolute fiasco with the parking. Despite calling ahead to check if there was parking, we got there an hour later and it had booked out. The alternatives close by meant shifting the car by 8am which none of the staff seemed to know. The one they recommended only allowed for a maximum of 12 hours so we couldn’t park there. Ended up parking miles away on Tory Street. Strange bathroom for the huge room - shower over bath with a tiny little screen which meant water went everywhere. There’s room for a larger bathroom with a walk in shower too. Also pack earplugs if you’re a light sleeper - noise from Cuba Street went quite late

Good location, easily walkable to waterfront, stores and places to see, clean, comfortable, great breakfast, really interesting design features, helpful staff.

It was in a great area. The microwave didn’t work. There is a stove but they do not work. We didn’t realize this until after we bought eggs to cook.

We were in a habitat room which was really big, comfy beds, wardrobe to store our bags and good bathroom. There were minimal cups and cutlery in the kitchen area. The design of the rooms and hallways were fabulous. Bar and restaurant great, although breakfast ended at 9.30am should be extended out. The girls on reception were young and nice enough, provided basic minimal customer service which comes with that generation. Apart from that we enjoyed out stay.
