Absolutely wonderful stay in the Wellington countryside. Perfectly located for winelands touring. Outstanding staff and facilities. On site, multi-course dinners were absolutely brilliant and worthy of a Michelin star. Bravo to the chef, kitchen and wait staff. We cannot wait to return!

Peace and relaxation in beautiful surroundings

After unloading our bags our car was parked up for us on arrival, and returned to the front steps 3 days later ready to load our bags. Everything we wanted was there at the hotel, the beautiful food at breakfast and dinner, spacious grounds and a gorgeous pool and poolside, inviting lounges and terrace, and access to beautiful walks in the mountains. The was no need for the car! Tina and Angelo made staying at Grand Dedale very easy - nothing we asked for was difficult, they were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful, whilst at the same time giving us the space to enjoy our holiday. Everyone at the hotel was prepared to go the extra step to make our stay more comfortable - an impressive team. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed and are already planning our return visit.

Paradise in Wellington

we had the most incredible stay at Grand Dedale Country House and only wish were were there longer. The house itself was amazing but the service was what stood Grand Dedale apart! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed in almost as family. We will definitely be back!
