Apartment was great! Everything you could need. Cooker, disher washer, fridge. 2 bedrooms separate lounge. Very clean, staff great! Parking is a little tight. 2 minute walk from stores and dining.❤️

I like that you can park up and walk to wherever you want to go in the CBD. The suites are spacious and well set up. Staff are professional and courteous, both reception and housekeeping. I thought with the expedia deal I had free parking (on my screen it said free parking at this place), which they said I didn't, which was annoying and an extra cost. Unfortunately the room we had, under the sink was damp, smelly and potentially mouldy. The smell pervaded the whole suite once you opened the cupboard door. This is a health issue. Some of us are very sensitive to mold. There were a couple of other minor issues which I have raised with Boulcott also and I would hope they are being sorted out. They are meant to be sorting out a partial refund but as of yet I have not seen it in my account.

Pros - Great location, short walk to a local dairy, medium walk to the supermarket. Conveniently located in the middle of the CBD close to our destination at the Michael Fowler Centre (altho up a steepish hill so not recommended for those with mobility issues). Roomy 2 bdrm apt (2 single beds, 1 queen) largish wardrobes (3 coat hangers), two bathrooms (one is an ensuite) and large showers with great water pressure. Full sized kitchen, 6 seater dining table, big TV with Chromecast and basic TV channels. Ranch sliders open onto a small deck. Hair dryer, Nespresso machine (bring your own pods, those provided are very weak), microwave, full sized fridge, iron and board, laundry facilities provided. Parking available on a per night charge, located in the building with access to stairway (avoid carpark #2 - small with awkward access). Cons - cheapish furniture with wear and tear showing. Half the bedroom drawers not opening - completely stuck closed, chips in furniture, beds not comfortable - cheaper sprung mattresses with partner disturbance while sleeping, no heat pump - free standing fans and column heaters provided (one falling off its wheel base), kitchen window has tissues jammed in the handles to hold it closed, showers missing drain waste cap covers so there's a large crater around the drains that are uncomfortable during showering. House keeping only provided if staying more than 6 nights. Overall would stay here again. Attention to maintenance would make this 5*

Very old apartment with little ventilation and no air con vent. Only unprotected heaters and 2 standing fans in small, tiny, narrow rooms. Kitchen floor was oily, poor mattress/bed quality, easily moving bed frames, no view out of window, no security seen and overall an uncomfortable stay. I was supposedly given VIP Access on Expedia, but my family was placed in the main building, in a 1st floor tiny unit which looked nothing like advertised. The good thing about this apartment is location which is in CBD area and stores and food options are aplenty. Carpark is included for those who drives.

Can’t think of a better option for a stay in Wellington - everything walkable, all imaginable amenities in-room (inc. Nespresso machine, washer/dryer, screencast TV, etc.), and onsite parking.

Very clean and fresh. Like that it had washer/dryer combo. I definitely recommend paying for the secured parking as not sure where I would of parked on street.

Overall this is a great place to stay, the poor quality of the bed however does let the rest of the place down. Poor quality nights sleep because of the bed and plumbing noise from the level above
