Great location - average doesn’t look much like the photos - tired and single glazed- no air con - The toilets didn’t flush well prompt response to have a look at the toilets- worked better- good beds and well stocked kitchen
Noise from the street could be heard loudly from internal room. On balance a reasonable stay if you’re not looking for flash

While it is nicely located and we were pleased with the room, the level of noise through the night was unacceptable. Road, vehicle and people noise prevented adequate rest.

Good location in central wellington but a very old tired building, with old furniture and terrible pillows. Friendly welcome on arrival and departure.

The property was actually terribly dirty and disgusting. The external windows were not cleaned, the rooms were badly run down. It was a terrible experience.
I chose Quest for my team as I have stayed there before, but will never stay at a Quest again

Property was freezing cold! There was only a very small oil heater to heat the very large space. It didn’t make any difference. I stayed for business and the room service came to make the room up everyday at 4.30pm. I had already been to work and come back to rest which was then interrupted by the need to make up the room. I stayed 4 nights and the price was very reasonable.
