Surprisingly Good
Posted 28 Aug 2023 on HotelsWe went for a sport's tournament and found this place last minute. I was pleasantly surprised. It is definitely an old dorm feel and a little on the dark side. However, the service was outstanding, the beds were surprisingly comfortable, and it was exceptionally clean despite the age. It was the most cost efficient place around.

I had not realized it was also a college dorm when I was searching, the lot access or more to the point exiting is lacking, a tour bus for whatever reason parked at the entrance and blocked the only way in and out, an exit only would be handy for those moments, let alone some signage for buses to drop off from an adjacent lot nearby, also signage to indicate this is in fact the place, I followed Waze and didn't note anything that indicated this was in fact the location.
Staff behind the counter was helpful, I was astonished there were no paper towels or napkins that could be from my south of the border biased expectations as this was my first time to Canada.
