i booked pool view deluxe AC room with breakfast and by the time i got there they gave that room to someone else and they tried to explain me the situation they said they dont use expeadia anymore which is clearly not my problem and finally they offered me normal room i had to take the room because i didnt have any other option

Terrible organisation at present

We booked a room with aircon. However, when we arrived the owner said he didn't have any aircon rooms available and that it was listed wrong online. We did pay extra for it though, so were pretty disappointed. Rooms also didn't come with flynet. He did apologise and seemed to feel bad and offered us a free breakfast. Our room was very basic, not extremely clean and had a bad smell and bedsheets were ripped.The next morning we were waiting for the breakfast for 10 minutes, but no staff around, so we left. In fact the owner was absent most of the time and his staff who should have been present were off chilling out on the top floor or nowhere to be found most times. They do room cleams if you asked, but we weren't too worried about that, also because we saw one of the staff members using the guest rooms bathroom when cleaning it. We did ask for new towels at some point, but they hadn't any at the moment. Another thing to mention is that they had a big group staying, and allowed them to take over the hotel like it was their own house. There was nowhere for us to sit as there was only one big table outside. The group left their stuff all over the hotel, which should not have been happening when hotel also let's other guest stay. It's a shame though as the hotel looks really nice, has a nice pool and is close to the beach. The organisation is just terrible and the owner should be more present or at least get his staff to work.

L’hotel n’avait pas de place pour nous malgré notre réservation, très grosse déception après plus d’une vingtaine d’heures de vol et 3 heures de taxi. Le manager disait ne plus faire affaire avec Expedia et ne voulait pas honorer notre réservation confirmé depuis plus de 3 mois. Nous avons du faire de longues heures de recherches pour trouver un autre hébergement disponble et pouvant accueillir notre famille. Nous avons du dépenser plusieurs centaines de dollars de plus que prévus.
