2/5 Poor
Sketchy Bait & Switch Resort - Good surf spot
"My pre-paid booking was confirmed weeks in advance, but when I checked in, Jaga Bay said Hotels.com had made a mistake, so I would have to pay an extra $10 per night or forfeit the room. Classic Bait & Switch."

4/5 Good
"It is a nice peaceful resort. The staff especially in the resurant and pool side was so nice and friendly. The main drawback with this resort is it's not a good place during rainy season as it's on the bank of estuary. As the river water comes with force during rainy season the sea is muddy and cannot swim or play in the sea. The next thing is that the staff in the reception have no answer for anything you ask. If you ask what activities you have nearby they will tell you to Google. Tuk tuk is available if you walk to the main road, but they don't even help calling for one. So unless ypu have everything sorted it's better not to stay there as for all activities you have to go to either Mirissa or Weligama. If you are just coming to relax then it's a nice place. Food was not that great."
