"This place was nice to stay in interlaken. Close you interlaken west station, close to markets. Interlaken is not a big town so you can walk everywhere if you have your stay booked in interlaken. Because its a self check in there is no one in the front desk to get service. If you need extra service such as towels, you would need to talk to people in the morning around 10am when they are here to clean rooms."

"The room was not clean at all. Bathroom had black and red molds and smell very bad and kitchen area were also dirty. We really did not want to touch much. Sheets had a hole. It said that there was a kitchen in the room, but the kitchen was not well-equipped and the cooking stove did not work with pans in the room. It was deceiving to say "there was kitchen". "
