The door was locked when I arrived around midnight and there is no flat way for baggage, paid staff for handling baggage for me

Walk into the airport!
Posted 5 Jan 2021 on HotelsWe booked this hotel so we could be close to the airport for an early flight the next day. Our receptionist knew some English which always helps. The lobby is quite grand and very nice.
The room we had was quite large and very comfortable. The bed was great, no complaints about the pillows, and the shower was amazing! High ceilings and modern decor, we really enjoyed it here.
We ordered room service and it came quickly. There was a little confusion when we were ordering but overall the food was decent. We did not get breakfast since it was quite costly.
When you check out you walk for a few minutes and you are in the airport. It is very easy! The domestic terminal is a bit of a hike but its no big deal.
The only annoying thing was that we paid a 500RMB deposit and they would not accept credit cards to paid for our room service. However, they reimbursed us the difference right away via WeChat.

Terrible service of the staff.
No English communication skilled staff.
Whatever you expect, you will see the worse.
