Stayed in the suite with a tub. The room looked like it had not been cleaned or touched in weeks. The toliet broke and when I asked for a different room they insisted on having the maintenance person come by. The shower went out 3 different times. Over all if I pay for a specific room it should be kept up like the cheaper ones.

Avoid this property at all cost. The shower rod had mold growing on it, and the body wash container was nasty. Also, nothing in the fitness center worked and no one on the property seemed to care. We had difficulty with the television and maintenance was called, but he had no clue what to do.

Had dead roach just inside when we opened the door. Hot water was only warm. Tissue box was empty and had a tissue hang out to look like it had tissue inside. Mattress cover had urine stain on it. Won’t stay here again.

The bed was as hard as the floor. The pillows may have been the worst I have ever slept on. (I have stayed in hotels in London, Helsinki, Germany, Japan, S Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, , and 48 of the 50 US states, along with 4 of the ten provinces of Canada and at least eight different cities in Mexico) you get the picture!. I will spend the extra $50 next time. Yes, it was that bad. Alert: Why did you not have plain creamer, creamer with sugar, or hazelnut? Who knows what else? But just a plain creamer, OH hell not, I had to use a power. It just makes a great morning. I drank my coffee black!!!!!!!! I wouldn't say I like black coffee. No, I will not be staying again. If I was Wyndham's name off the hotel. And because I am on such a roll, do not put in your recently up-grade ad because if the hotel was upgraded, it was 1978. Oh, and one last item: hair in the bathtub. Really??????? yes hair in the bathtub. You asked

This is an older property so we experienced more noise due to older construction. Finishes are not as nice as you can clearly see where paint colors were incompletely painted over, etc. with their efforts to remodel.

We were traveling with our family and got the larger suite. Our son slept on the sofa bed and it was really nice to have a door separating the bedroom from the living area, so there was extra privacy. Also nice having 2 closets and 2 tvs. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and we had a nice stay.
