Everything was good except they changed me $50 for a cat. The room was $89 cat charge was plus $50. I have been traveling with my cat for a week, I have never seen anyplace charging this much money. They told me someone made a mass before, but it was not me. I made a reservation 15min before I arrived, could not even cancel. Expedia does not give you this information, you should go their website to see how much it is for the pet.

Good morning YoohoonThanks for the feed back, let me explain our pet issue. We pride ourselves on a safe , clean and affordable room. 89 in today's world, this should be 148. And 95% of motels won't take cats. After your stay every piece of linen and bedding needs stripped, and the room must be treated for dander from the cat. My staff don't work for free and it takes two hours to complete a pet room properly, this impacts the margins dramatically, so we charged accordingly. We know you love your cat dearly, we also love our clean rooms and ratings accordingly, trust you can now understand our reasoning. Also your booking company took 15% of the room rates for you using their service which they have done nothing to earn, lol, safe travels

Did not like being charged an extra $5.00 to pay by credit card. Only notice was at the desk when we checked in.

Good afternoon MaureenPlease allow me to explain my expenses for your consideration, your room cost was 90 plus tax, you booked thru a booking?? They took 15 or 15% of room cost, moneris to process you payment was 3, your credit card company took 2. I provide heat, hydro, fresh home made muffins for you and your husband and fresh brewed coffee. Towels, linens, toilet paper and free parking. I am left with 60 to pay my staff, taxes , water, sewer and repairs. The grocery store won't even pack your groceries or give you a bag. We run a very clean, safe and affordable room. Unfortunately we where out of tissues due to the fact that the six cases I purchased at the start of the month was all stolen over the past 26 days. I truly had a great conversation with your husband earlier this morning who agreed that self employment is indeed getting harder. Had I priced the room rates at the market price of 150 plus tax you likely would not have stayed?? So I do believe we are entitled to a 5 star rating, based on price, cleanliness and locations. Our check in was smooth. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and the beds were awesome. We slept like rocks. Will definitely stay there again as we pass through Wawa to visit family in the south.
