Ice machine was broken but staff was happy to provide bagged ice from a freezer when asked. The pool was down for repairs which was disappointing since the Expedia description said there was a pool. "Room was not ready when I checked in but the woman at the front counter was very apologetic about that. I understood and was told my room would be ready in an hour. That wasn't a big deal. Room was fairly clean. I had my two dogs with me and they found a couple of things probably underneath the bed but they aredogs and they snoop! The bed was comfortable The room was spacious. The area I felt safe in. Parking lot was well lit. Check out was easy. "

"This hotel offered a quick and easy check-in experience which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. The room is large and offers a lot of convenient amenities such as a large microwave and fridge, TV with Netflix and easy to use AC.
