I have stayed here in the past because its affordable for the time spent there.This time the toilet was broke and I came home 2 days later..bed bug bites.I did look before sleeping but I got them.

The room was extremely outdated with something covered in a sheet right outside my door( After seeing the room I just wanna know what it was) Counted 14 spiders all over the room

We booked a room online and the manager could see that the reservation was there but had an administrative issue and refused to give us a room until it was sorted out with Travelocity. We had arrived with two young kids around 9pm and were not able to get them into the room while I stayed to sort it out, terrible customer service. We ended up leaving and requested a refund.
