The pool temp was too cold to enjoy. The hot tub was not working. The pool is also really really small.

Older facility. No food on site. I think I will try to get a place next. It is very close to the mountain. Staff was friendly.

Great location. Close to everything. Parking is very easy. Seconds from Town Square and minutes from the mountain. Very nice and cozy room. However, could have been cleaner. It was clean enough, but some smaller things were overlooked. We had to do some minor cleaning of our own, but nothing too crazy.
The staff were excellent. We had to check in very late and Pat waited up for us! She greeted us with a smile at midnight and was great at check in. This was and is greatly appreciated!
My kids absolutely loved the pool. Great stay overall. We would definitely return.

Posted 26 Feb 2021 on HotelsPlease reconsider this place it is so out dated the stove worked but kept falling apart.The staff was wonderful but didn't offer any solutions in fact when I asked for a late check out and was told no and when we went out to bring our big bags they locked us out,It was 11:05 really.This place shouldn't be on Hotels,com its a condo.No housekeeping.Plumbing problems and dirty pool.Please do yourself a favor go some place else.

Good but not great.
Posted 24 Feb 2021 on HotelsWe had a great time and the kids loved being in a big hotel room. The place was ok, needs updated and the pool/jacuzzi was not very clean. The location was perfect, beautiful views and places close by to walk around, overall we enjoyed our stay.
