Nothing unique. Staff insubordination was first and foremost. No hello or welcome given. When after a long drive we wanted to relax with the tv but it didn't work. We got told there had been a storm that messed up service and that it was being fixed. There wasn't a storm. We could here other rooms with tvs on!!! Snack machines didn't work. Pool hot tube room smelled. They are working on updating the place which is fine. Continental breakfast was very small and the sausage gravy had been out awhile. Not worth trying to save money!!!!

The property itself is in good condition. Check-in service was adequate. What irritated me was being charged $25 each for the one-hour late checkout I requested for the two rooms I reserved. Not necessarily an exorbitant amount in and of itself, but it has been my experience that most hotels do not assess a late-checkout fee for one hour or less. Anything beyond the one-hour late checkout time frame is typically understandably assessed a fee because of the inconvenience created. There

Very comfortable, quiet, good breakfast choices, WiFi, beds a little tall for short 82 year old great grandmother. TV needed fixed.

I spoke with Management about my issues. Cleanliness was my issue. Alls I have for advice is check your rooms. My major problem was another guest who seem to be intoxicated and tried to bother me while I was outside. The smell of the lobby smelt like curry and the parking lot seemed tore up and needs to be redone.

The room smelled like cat. I paid 20 extra each day pet fee. Don’t know why they charge daily. They sure didn’t come clean room and I could tell they don’t shampoo carpet. So why is this fee attached daily?
