The staff made this place - great service. Really decent breakfast spread. Fitness center was adequate. The kids loved the pool. Was here for two nights and had nothing to complain about.

I arrived at the hotel 5 hours after check-in time expecting my room to be ready.
The woman at the front desk was wonderful and friendly.
She gave me my key card to my room and when I opened the door the bed was completely bare and the heating/ac unit was taken apart.
She remedied the situation quickly when I went back downstairs.
If you have a fear of elevators (like me) be prepared to old your breath because they sound like their on their last breath.
