It's a collection of villas, condos, and bungalows which are rented out. Still, a very nice place to stay. The staff was tremendous. Friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. "Lovely more upscale hotel compared to others in Boca. Improvement would have been umbrellas at lounge chairs around the pool. Lounge chairs in poor condition. Bar service slow but otherwise enjoyed our stay."
