Very comfortable bed and quiet room. The restaurant is beautifully designed and the breakfast buffet is very good.

Food was pricey. Hotel was very nice. Parking was frustrating. We arrived it was dark and rainy. The hotel entrance circle & side street were full of cars sitting w flashers. It was very difficult to see the parking sign to enter at hotel. We entered same garage public entrance where posted signs were cheaper for overnight, but hotel charges you their rate. Parking was confusing & not well marked.

This property is a little outdated. It is pet friendly so you can smell that in the hallways. The staff was super friendly when we checked in. We had an early morning flight and they let us check in early which was so fabulous. The area around the hotel is also amazing. It is very walkable, and there are a ton of shopping, dining, and entertainment areas. I spent such little time in the room, that the outdated property was insignificant.

From the moment I entered the Westin the employees were so warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the property has plenty amenities (jacuzzi was my favorite). I’ll definitely visit again if back in town.
