This property was very good. My room was clean, comfortable and the staff were polite. I would stay here again.

My second time at this hotel. Everything about it satisfies me. Specially the customer service with the front desk. I will always indicate to people I know. Very much satisfied.

Dated property. Carpeting is stained both in the hallways and the rooms. Terrible shower curtains. Fridge was “plopped” on the floor with no thought. I’d rather not have one. Lighting in rooms is terrible. Housekeeping and bar staff were great!

We checked in and there was no room available however we received a text and an email that the room was fine and when we checked in the desk, person and manager proceeded to give us a letter stating that it was Expedia‘s fault that the reservation was screwed up and they turned off their system and somehow You still booked the room… They were not the least bit interested in helping us find an alternate room. I don’t know if I’ve been charged for this room or not and it completely screwed things up and I missed a dinner reservation with family that I have not seen in about a year . This is completely unacceptable. Please call me at 14109823640

Receptionist his name is jöne (freez hair ) ohhh not understand any your question and not happy to solve your problem … he said much times this word “this is not ma problem try by your self “ Even i have video but i don't want judge him his hotel by his behave thats why am silent
