Overall I loved staying here, super cool aesthetic and great location. The front-dest staff and service was subpar for the price point...I was going to a wedding at the hotel and they wanted to charge me $75 to check-in a few hours early which I declined. I've never heard of a hotel doing that before.

Hello and thank you for the review. Unfortunately, there are some days where we are fully occupied, and it is harder to accommodate early check ins. On those days we do charge a fee to check in before 3 pm. We are happy that the rest of your stay was up to par and we hope to see you again!

Water bottles should be supplied as well as a price list of items in the mini bar.
