My visit at the hotel did not disappoint . The hotel was clean, accommodating, had a good selection of restaurants. The surrounding area outside of the hotel had a good selection of places to eat.

Beautiful hotel and room. Everything was so automated, the lights, the window blinds, etc. Although I had requested an accessible room, it had a tub and not a shower stall. Parking could have been more user friendly. I knew I had parked at level 2, but there's no 2 on the parking elevator. I thankfully remembered that when I came I was at the Conference level. Music in the lobby was very loud.

We offer accessible guestrooms that have bathtub/shower combinations with handrails, and others that offer a wheel-in accessible shower. I apologize that our team did not present you with options upon arrival. We agree with you that elevator and elevator parking garage signing can be confusing, and we are working on solutions to make the parking experience more seamless for our guests. The customer service with tge frint dest was not great. The gentleman saw me standing there and act like i want standing there. No hello nothing.... just trash service

This is not a typical experience for our hotel, and in fact we have a new leadership team at the front desk of the hotel, and numerous guests have commented on the vast service improvement. Our stay was absolutely great! Good dining choices and accessible to most things you would need. The price was good actually better than most for this class of hotel. I d stay again.

Liked convenient access to public transportation and the proximity to a variety of eating places. The spa, gym and pool facilities were so enjoyable!

Indeed, our guests appreciate our serene spa, large heated indoor pool, and expansive Fitness Center, all located on our fourth floor. Additionally the hotel features four restaurants and a lobby bar, as well as spacious, well-appointed guestrooms. The Washington, DC Metro has a local College Park station nearby, and busses travel along Baltimore Avenue (US Route 1) just outside the hotel, so getting around without a car is easy. We look forward to your next visit!
