I haven't had to stay at this location in almost 2 years or so. I love the option of checking in online via the Hilton app and using a digital key. Which I did. Unfortunately I didn't know that I needed a card to access the elevator floors. That would have been good to know.in the elevator as I was not the only one who didn't realize we needed the card.

Got double billed for our stay. Still haven’t resolved the issue of who get this straightened out.
