Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Sonesta in Falls Church. It is not far from many great and popular spots but, it may be more convenient to rent a car if you plan to travel into DC often. The staff was extremely friendly and the room was very nice and clean. My only negative comment is that the building/hallways has a pretty unpleasant smell. It may be from so many people having pets.

Thé property is excellent . However, the carpets are very old and they stink, there is strong bad smell from the carpets, specially in the hallways, that will contaminate your clothes. The carpets need to be changed, otherwise the hotel is excellent.

We killed several spider's upon the first day of arrival. The toilet was clogged, and my children got bit by bugs or spider's, while sleeping.
There's no pool or hot tub or breakfast, no amenities so very basic. I'd never stay at a Sonesta Suites again, the beds are hard and terrible, even the pillows were very flat.

While this is something we never hear - thank you for your feedback - FYI be very careful when staying in areas that have changing seasons, I just killed a spider in my house this morning due to the weather changing. Thank you for staying with us.

I stayed here years ago for the same reason I stayed here last month, to attend shows at the State Theater. Great location, plenty of food options nearby, very quiet and clean.
