When we checked in, the first 2 rooms were not touched by the housekeepers and then our 3rd room was fine. I did speak to the front desk attendant about it and she was very polite and helpful with the situation. I appreciate her so much

First, I would like to say that Darlene and the other girl who worked at the front desk were phenomenal! Darlene granted us an early check in and the other receptionist allowed for a late check out. Both were kind and efficient. When we entered the room the bed was covered with pet hair. We requested that the bedding be changed. Brenda, who came to the room to change the bedding was not friendly, and made me uncomfortable because it seemed that she was bothered about having to change the bed. We were kept awake until 4am with sketchy people outside being extremely loud and walking past our room door. We will not be staying there again.

Although it was a non smoking facility, the room smelled of cigarettes. Management can probably do a better job restricting smoking in their rooms.

The room had a terrible odor--not sure if it came through the air conditioner or just from the filthy microwave. Bathroom was reasonably clean.

Front desk guy was awesome. It was clean but you can tell there's been smoking in the room at some point. Also the ac smells a little damp when it first kicks on. Definitely worth what I paid.

The staff was not welcoming or nice. The staff then sent us to a room that was already occupied. I had to go back and check in again. The staff member made it as though it was my problem. The room was fine however the smell in the hallways was less than desirable.
