The hotel was very convenient. Across the street from the convention center and close to many restaurants

Cleaning lady came to clean and we asked for a few more minuets as we would be leaving for entire day. We left and I saw the cleaning crew in the hallway and told them we were leaving and it was ok to clean the room. I told her the room number and she read it back to me. We returned 10 hours later to an unclean room! When I called the people who answered acted like it was my fault our room didn’t get cleaned! They assured us someone would come. After an hour I went to the front desk in person and again I was grilled about why my room wasn’t cleaned because we had sign on door! I explained again that I spoke to the cleaning crew when we left that we wanted the room cleaned! After several minutes I was told someone would come and finally we got service. When the cleaning lady came she asked what was it that we wanted! How about towels, empty trash cans and freshen up the room! Wow! At a hotel like this and for the kind of money you are spending I am shocked and dismayed!

Wi Fi in the room not working,try connecting more than 20 times by different way,still not working. No body from stuff can’t help me with this problem. I miss my video conference;never have experience like this at all.This is looks weird in our time.Never will stay in this hotel any more.
