The room was great. The registration was a nightmare and the support was terrible. Absolutely no human contact and the “robotic support” I received was condescending and of very little help. For example: we needed an extra blanket. Despite multiple requests NEVER got one. I have traveled all over the world and consider this among the worst experiences of my life

It was in a quiet and safe location. Also had restaurants in walking distance and shopping and grocery stores as well. The stay was clean and comfortable with no issues. Definitely look forward to using Kasa again.

This property was in a great spot in the middle of downtown Del Ray and the studio size was perfect. The drawbacks were: the code to our unit didn't work and two lamps were missing their bulbs.

I like DelRay and being on a street with shops, bars and restaurants.

I will be back
Posted 28 Jan 2024 on HotelsIf your destination is Del Ray this is the perfect spot. Room is well appointed with nice kitchen and decent bathroom. It is right on mt. Vernon with lots of good dining options.the room is well insulated so barely any noise from the street, even on a Saturday night. Safe neighborhood and nice to walk around.
Communication with property manager is easy. Great instructions on how to get in the building and room.
Good price as well.

Just little maintenance issues. Range had indicators indicating it's locked. Toilet seats cracked.... Just little issuesn
