Fabulous location, centered in the popular Del Ray section of Alexandria. More of a boutique hotel than a more traditional stay, their model of close communication through technology worked well for us. All and all a welcoming and fun place to stay.

Lovely place in a beautiful neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants and small stores. The place where the locals go. Our room just need a little love but was nice.

I'm a senior and this new age tech doesn't work for me. There was no front desk and the virtual responses took forever. The room the environment the city itself was wonderful but i need face to face contact.

I liked the lively neighborhood around it. It was also pretty easy to drive into DC from there. It was good to have a kitchen, but there are restaurants downstairs too

The room was great. The registration was a nightmare and the support was terrible. Absolutely no human contact and the “robotic support” I received was condescending and of very little help. For example: we needed an extra blanket. Despite multiple requests NEVER got one. I have traveled all over the world and consider this among the worst experiences of my life
