There was a mouse in the hotel restaurant. The hotel was gracious and responded by giving us a lot of incentives, but I really hope they get the mouse problem solved

I had a great stay. Everyone, from the front desk to the restaurant staff, to the cleaning staff, was kind and helpful.

It was just what we wanted. Beautiful area with many restaurants nearby. Walked everywhere. Loved the staff!

We loved the location of the hotel, when we walked in early to drop our bags off, we were warmly welcomed by the manager and front desk staff. Conversation was great and we received our room early. Can not say enough about the hotel, restaurant and how welcoming it was.

Perfect waterfront location in Old Town. Walkable with lots to see, do and eat. Overall good feel and look to the property. Disappointed in the level of cleanliness with a stain on the floor on arrival which we left a note asking them if they could clean. They did take care of it when they came to service the room. Second issue was the pod coffee maker. It reeked of mildew. In fact it made that whole area of the room smell badly. I informed them of this and asked if they could swap it out. They were responsive and did put a different one in the room. However, it had the exact same issue. In their defense we experienced this same issue at a very nice hotel in Jackson Hole over the summer. Bit of a health concern with these cheap pod coffee makers and perhaps there are better options. Never ever notice this in Europe or with Illy and other better machines. For the price would expect a bit better.
