I had a wonderful time at this hotel. All of the staff were kind and helpful. The restaurant was delicious and not too expensive. There is a Starbucks attached! Win win! Very close to the metro and airport! Loved it!

It was very nice. Got checked in early. Rooms were well appointed and clean. All staff we met were very friendly.

Noticeable things in disrepair in the hotel rooms; rooms not thoroughly cleaned before arrival; food in bistro restaurant not great.

Great metro access, easy walkability to mall, affordable breakfast buffet, and the checked bag policy was fantastic before and after check-in/out so that we didn't have to carry bags around the city waiting for our room to be ready, or for our train to arrive. Amazing all around.
