I had a flight that was set to depart at 9am and my kids really wanted breakfast so i decided to stay until 5:30am the time breakfast is set to start and the staff member said it was going to be late. I thought it was very rude because i saw the bagels out around 5:10 and i sent my son to go get one and she told him no to wait until 530. So we waited until 530 and she didnt even have everything out. Thank God I made my flight. Also the washer and dryer need maintenance. It was a huge inconvenience.

For the price this property was a disappointment. There were holes in the ceiling covered by sheets, debris on the floors, a needle was found in the pool area and the area was not cleaned nor had it been cleaned in some time, the ice buckets were absolutely disgusting, the ac in our room did not work properly, and when asked about these issues the staff did nothing to help rectify the situation. The breakfast was very good and the ladies who worked in that area were amazing. We stayed here out of necessity as accommodations were limited in the area, but we would not stay here again given the issues and the price.

The hotel itself seemed to be under construction. The rooms I would say were okay. Our room did have a stench. My biggest problem was the staff. Seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. I booked my stay through Expedia and apparently there was a mishap with them and the hotel. The hotel manager told me they would hold off on charging me anything until they figure out what was going on. She eventually figured out the problem and she quoted me a price for my stay that I agrees to pay and I paid it the night before my checkout day. Before I paid I specifically asked if this was for my whole stay and she assured me it was ( my stay was for 3nights. She knew this information). But the next day I get a receipt for additional charges which I was unaware of. When I brought it to her she said she assumed I was checking out the day I paid ( I don’t know how she thought that because I never told her that). She did say it was her mistake but never accommodated me for her mistake. Needless to stay this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any hotel.
