I've stayed here a few times in the past and was alway okay with the shortcomings in exchange for price and convenience but not after this last stay. The staff put us on a very busy floor. The walls, doors, and ceilings are thin to begin with and the noise from the busy hallway with the shouting and door banging, and then the thumping and banging from neighboring rooms was too much. After night one we tried to switch rooms but the front desk fumbled around searching for an alternate and we finally decided to stay where we were. Night two wasn't too bad, but night three was similar to night one. In addition, Marijuana smoke wafted into the room on a couple of occasions, morning and evening.

My wife and I stayed here because we had an event at the Chamber of Commerce and this was close. The gentleman that checked us in was great. He was extremely friendly and kind. We had no interaction with other staff. We saw them, but we had no interaction. The floor we were on smelled of pot as soon as we got off the elevator. Fortunately, our room did not smell. The room was about what could be expected for the price - it was definitely dated, small, and could use a fresh coat of paint that is not a dull prison brown. The bed DEFINITELY needs to be replaced - The mattress was terrible. There entire mattress slopes in the middle. The edges are so thin that you could almost slide right off onto the floor (it is very low to the ground). The room we booked was supposed to have a king size bed. This was NOT a king size - it was too small. I think that the next time we're in the area, we're going to stay elsewhere.

We only have king size beds in our rooms unless its a double bed with two queen beds. Our renovation is slated for 2025. I hope you will reconsider staying. Be safe in your travels.

Very nice quiet location but the B.S that they put you through to get your security deposit back is diabolical. Checked out early and still didn't get my deposit back and then the explanation is piss poor especially when you want your refund back immediately right after you check out

I do apologize for the miscommunication but if you call your card company they can release the authorization and you may not have to wait the 7-10 business days time frame.
