Great location, best facilities and good deal made our trip wonderful. Can reach union station by walk directly or by bus (96) for which bust stop is at 2 min walk. Clean rooms with almost new amenities. I like overall design. Having good breakfast options e.g fruits, eggs, omelets, potatoes, muffins etc with other non-veg options. We parked nearby at 466 L st nw through Spot hero so its win-win. Surely recommend and will visit again.

Except one receptionist, not really great customer service. Valet was slow and not the greatest. I found candy on the floor and old juice behind the curtain. Breakfast altough good was chaotic. The area around the hotel is walkable and close to everything.

All the staff was amazing and went out of their way to take care of us. I especially want to thank LeShay, who was at the front desk. She was extremely helpful, took care of our concerns and even brought my son some chocolate milk when it was out downstairs. Shes truly a gem and made our stay wonderful.
