The reception staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. They change their narrative based on shifts and the person in charge and don’t take any accountability. Also do not park at this hotel. My car got a flat tyre right after entering the lot (in about 6 hours overnight parking). The car next to mine had its front wheel removed - I believe for repair from a flat tyre ?! I checked the road and saw many nails, Broken glass etc. They don’t have any security at the parking gates to see who comes in and out and which car is parked.

It was literally in the middle of everything I needed! A short walk to the meeting center, surrounded by great restaurants, waking friendly, and Inglis about 10 minutes from Reagan Airport!!! The staff was super nice and helpful, the room was spacious, and I would definitely stay again!

One light is out in bathroom, no hook on bathroom door, also faucet leaked all over counter top and got everything sopping wet. Elevator needs some spiffing up.

Parking 38 per day insane for that area
