Air/Heating Unit filter in room not been changed—dirty and caused us to cough when it came on, so we draped a damp towel over it to breathe at night. Hot tub was lukewarm, staff did not respond to fix it. Signed up for Hilton Honors program. When I asked at desk what the treat was (advertised in elevator) was told I had to ask for it before check-in—A bottle of water, declined by staff. Shower in ADA unit and at pool had detachable hose mounted so high, a person in wheelchair could not reach. Shower did not work at pool.

I traveled from Iowa to DC and definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was fine. The room clean and spacious. The rail station, restaurants, and attractions all in easy walking distance. The only problem was the laundry machine was out of order and wasn't fixed in the 3 days I stayed there.
