Staff was very poliet, curteous, respecful and friendly. Room was clean. Pet friemdly with a reasonable pet fee unluke larger hotel cahins

First impressions mean alot & the
outside of the property does need to be maintained better- keeping grass mowed, pulling weeds out of flower beds, etc..
The room itself was very clean & functional. The bed was comfy & I had plenty of hot water for shower.
Manager was very nice at check in.
The refrigerator in my room did not have ice box which was disappointing as I use ice packs for my cooler.
For the price, & cleanliness of room, it ended up being a nice stay.
This motel is listed as pet friendly online & I did bring my dog which I kept crated when I was gone. I was charged $20 for a service fee which I felt was a reasonable price.

Even though this is obviously an older property, it was very clean, and I was impressed with how the manager went out of his way to welcome me, including giving me a welcome gift of bottled water and a snack. Definitely unexpected, as was the wide selection of TV channels!

Very clean and well maintained.
Posted 4 Aug 2024 on HotelsOlder motel, not fancy but very clean. Bed was comfortable enough. Desk clerk was very friendly and polite. Overall a good experience. We have family in Washington and have stayed at the other hotel in town. Hawkeye was definitely cleaner better maintained. This will be our hotel choice from now on.
