This hotel leaves a lot to be desired for the rates they charge. 1 elevator wasn't running. Coffee maker was broken. No glaases in the room except for paper cofee cups. 400 a night is a little steep for a place that can't keep up with motel6.

National Harbor is a beautiful are with lots on dining options within a short walking distance.

Staff was pleasant hotel was very clean, breakfast had great selections and variety. While the parking garage was directly across the street upon check in I was told to get a ticket and bring to front desk and they cover it. Not true, even though we were able to park every day from that same pass, we were charged $48 after we ch3cked out. The other only negative was the second elevator was outbof service the whole time we were there and it made the wait long.

We would like to inform you that we do not cover parking for your stay, our parking is 24.00 a day, however we provide in and out access for the day for each day that you pay for parking, when you bring your ticket to the front desk, we just scan your ticket to ensure that you have the in and out access but you are still responsible for parking payment each day so if you stayed for 2 days 24.00 the total for 48 sounds right that's your total for your 2 day stay and parking. We do look forward to your return to stay here at The Hampton Inn and Suites National Harbor in the meantime safe travels and again thank you
