The Gaylord was perfect for my husband's birthday surprise getaway and early 5th wedding anniversary treat.

Parking fees $43 a night. This added to and $400 a night room costs. Not pleased

It would’ve been nice if they had complimentary breakfast. Also did not like that you have to pay for parking. Also tried to call on the phone to do an early check in and spoke with Pamela, she had quite an attitude. Not sure if she was having a bad or what but from the customer perspective I feel could’ve been nicer.
